Licensed SPARC Trademarks

If your company wishes to license a specific SPARC trademark from SPARC International, the following conditions are necessary in order to do so:

1. Be a SPARC International member eligible for product testing
2. Sign a Compliance Testing Agreement(CTA)
3. Successfully complete the product testing procedure
4. Submit desired trademark name accompanied by registration fees
